1. The service
Lead2Dial provides software that receives lead or form information, starts configured follow-up calls or messages, records interaction outcomes, and helps a customer route qualified conversations to its team. Features can vary by plan, configuration, provider availability, and applicable law.
Lead2Dial is a software provider. It is not an insurance carrier, agency, broker, legal adviser, telemarketing compliance adviser, or emergency service.
2. Your responsibilities
You may use Lead2Dial only if you have authority to operate the connected forms, lead sources, phone numbers, accounts, and destinations. You must provide accurate configuration information and keep your login credentials secure.
For every lead source, you are responsible for:
- collecting any call, text, recording, autodialer, artificial-voice, and other consent required for your outreach;
- showing disclosures that are clear, conspicuous, accurate, and appropriate for the channel and jurisdiction;
- maintaining evidence of what the person saw, what they agreed to, when and how consent was collected, and which phone number was submitted;
- honoring opt-outs, do-not-call requests, quiet hours, state restrictions, and other applicable limits; and
- using appropriately licensed people for regulated advice or sales, including insurance activity.
You must not upload purchased, scraped, deceptive, or unlawfully obtained contact data, or use Lead2Dial to send unwanted, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal communications.
3. Calls, messages, recordings, and AI
When enabled and permitted by your configuration, Lead2Dial may use third-party telecommunications, messaging, speech, transcription, and email providers. A call or message may include a branded introduction, an AI disclosure, confirmation of submitted information, approved qualification questions, and a handoff to a team member.
You must configure only questions and scripts your team is authorized to use. You are responsible for call-recording and two-party or all-party consent requirements, disclosures about artificial or prerecorded voices, messaging registration, sender identity, and the content of any human handoff.
Lead2Dial may pause, reject, suppress, or delay outreach when consent evidence is missing, a source is awaiting review, a lead opts out, a safety check fails, a destination is unavailable, or an account is outside its configured calling rules. Scheduled callbacks are not guaranteed to occur at an exact time.
4. Trials, plans, and billing
Any free or promotional lead allowance is limited to the offer shown in your workspace and may be changed or ended for future signups. Usage-based charges, subscription charges, onboarding fees, taxes, and provider fees are shown at checkout or in your order details. Unused promotional usage has no cash value.
Paid subscriptions renew for the period selected at checkout until canceled. You authorize the payment processor used at checkout to charge the selected payment method. A failed payment may pause outreach or access. Refunds, credits, and cancellation timing are governed by the order details and applicable law.
5. Data and privacy
Your use of Lead2Dial is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain responsibility for the personal information and consent evidence you submit. You authorize Lead2Dial to process that information to provide the service, protect the service, support your account, and comply with law.
You must not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for the configured workflow. Do not use Lead2Dial to make decisions about eligibility, coverage, employment, housing, credit, health care, or other regulated outcomes solely through automated processing.
6. Intellectual property, limits, and termination
Our rights
Lead2Dial and its software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Lead2Dial or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use the service to build a competing service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lead2Dial disclaims warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, deliverability, response rate, compliance for a particular campaign, or fitness for a particular purpose. Configuration assistance is not legal advice.
Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, Lead2Dial will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to Lead2Dial for the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to defend and indemnify Lead2Dial from claims arising from your data, lead sources, disclosures, consent, scripts, outreach, regulated activity, or violation of these terms.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end a subscription as allowed by the order details. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for people or providers, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that may be illegal or harmful. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The revised effective date will appear above. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Questions about these terms should be sent through the email associated with your Lead2Dial workspace or your Lead2Dial account representative.
