1. What we collect
“Lead2Dial,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Lead2Dial service. Depending on how you use it, we may handle:
- Account information: name, agency or business name, email address, password credentials, phone numbers, timezone, service area, and configuration choices.
- Lead information: names, phone numbers, locations or regions, form answers, requested service, source identifiers, campaign details, and other fields your agency sends to us.
- Consent and suppression evidence: disclosure wording or hashes, source and campaign references, timestamps, collection method, submitted phone number, approval decisions, opt-outs, and do-not-contact status.
- Interaction information: call status, timestamps, routing outcomes, transcripts, summaries, recordings when enabled, messages, delivery results, and team dispositions.
- Billing and technical information: plan and usage records, payment status handled through the payment processor, browser or device information, IP address, logs, and security events.
The public demonstration may store demonstration records in your browser. Those records are separate from an authenticated agency workspace.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate Lead2Dial, including to receive leads, enforce consent and suppression controls, place configured calls or messages, route handoffs, show records and results, provide recordings or transcripts when enabled, process billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
We may also use de-identified or aggregated information for service analytics, capacity planning, and product improvement. We do not use your lead list to create advertising audiences or sell lead data.
4. Retention and control
We retain account, lead, consent, and interaction information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit evidence, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet contractual or legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention can depend on your account settings, provider limits, the type of record, and whether a suppression or consent history must be preserved.
Suppression and opt-out records may be retained after other lead data is removed so we can honor a do-not-contact request. Recordings and transcripts should be treated as sensitive business records; agencies should configure and retain them only as long as their business and legal requirements require.
When an agency requests deletion or closes its account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information that we are not required to retain. Backups and provider systems may take additional time to age out.
5. Your choices and responsibilities
Account users can update certain account settings, suppress a lead, restore a mistaken suppression, and control configured follow-up behavior through the workspace. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information, contact us through the email associated with your workspace or your account representative.
If you are a person contacted through an agency’s form, contact that agency first for questions about the form, its disclosure, the purpose of its outreach, or the agency’s records. Lead2Dial may direct requests to the agency because the agency controls the lead relationship and campaign instructions.
You can stop SMS messages by replying STOP where supported, and you can ask not to receive further calls. Lead2Dial and the agency will honor a recorded suppression request, subject to the need to retain the suppression record itself.
6. Security, cookies, and updates
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant-scoped records, encrypted provider connections, rate limits, consent gates, and protected credentials. No service or transmission is completely secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Cookies and local storage
Lead2Dial uses cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, preferences, security, and the public demonstration. You can control browser storage through your browser settings, but disabling it may prevent sign-in or workspace features from working.
Children and international use
Lead2Dial is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child unless you have the authority and legal basis to do so. Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a material change affects how we use information, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Questions or privacy requests should be sent through the email associated with your Lead2Dial workspace or your Lead2Dial account representative.
